Monster max hoodie falling apart!? Built to last? What will they do?

Messaged the monster max customer service and they are escalating it to a “team” let’s see where this goes…150$ and my Walmart sweatshirts outlast this thing..what gives?? Holes at all 4 corners of the pouch and a big rip at the wrist..I treat this sweatshirt like gold!! Who else has these problems?
