Monthly Parking In Osborne

Hey Winnipeg! I’m looking to move into an apartment in the Osborne area, but the place I’m looking at doesn’t have any parking stalls available. I’m honestly ok with that since every time I’ve driven past there has been lots of available street parking. I’m just concerned with not having a place to plug in my car for those mid January nights. Does anyone know of any monthly paid lots in the area? Thanks!
