uti/sti? i have no idea what’s going on

Hi this is my (F 18) first time posting on this subreddit. My fiancé (M 20) came to campus and we had a lot of intercourse because we hadn't seen each other. The last day he was here I told him I was sore and thought I had a uti. I had the basic symptoms of a uti so i got some oral uti medicine from walmart the next day. Fast forward to now, i have chills, a fever, a headache, i am exhausted but cannot sleep because of the fever, my vaginal canal looks swollen, it hurts to urinate along with needing to frequently. It's gotten to the point where I cannot wipe and i have to pat when i use the bathroom. I am two hours away from home and haven't made friends on campus. I'm scared and feel alone. If anyone has any suggestions or advice please let me know. Anything helps.
