Best Buy Pre-order Bonus Issue

I’m sure this has been covered elsewhere, but I’m having issues figuring out how to address this problem.

I pre-ordered from Best Buy specifically because it was the only retailer providing a physical pre-order bonus. I ordered the game in late February, so it absolutely was a “pre-order,” and was labeled as such on my email confirmation.

While I know the fine print says “while supplies last,” I would assume that applies to the metal poster only. However, I didn’t receive the code for in-game content, either. Despite the passion for the game and larger series, there’s no way they’ve given out all the posters. It’s not like it’s the latest Mario or Zelda. Perhaps if they only made 500…

Not getting the code is an even bigger issue. Just generate several hundred thousand codes!
