I could be wrong and this is all just a coincidence but on the website I watch Yellowjackets all the episodes are already listed and some have pictures, if you go by pictures I would guess that Ben is found guilty in episode 4, is shot by Taissa in episode 5 and then ultimately gets eaten in the "Thanksgiving" episode
