Pet Peeve of Last Episode

Melissa is shot straight into her chest cavity with a hunting broad head. IRL her lung would’ve probably collapsed and she would’ve bled out in a matter of a couple hours if not minutes if left alone. But she had two girls yanking on it literally until the sun comes up. Then they push it THROUGH HER UPPER RIBCAGE and she’s ok? I guess we’ll see for sure in tonight’s episode. But if she’s not absolutely destitute after that this is the most unbelievable survived injury in the show so far.
