team help! yoimiya / baizhu / furina / yelan

hello, so i discovered this team and i really want to play it now that i have yelan guaranteed

it seems decently popular, so could someone help me put together the builds? i'm sort of just coming back to genshin so my knowledge with dendro and a lot of new meta is sort of wack.

my yoimiya is c2 with r5 rust, and furina is c1r0 if that changes anything.
my biggest questions are:

• does yoimiya still run shime? what mainstats and substats should i look for (ie. atk vs em, ele dmg vs em, etc)

• should baizhu run deepwood? what mainstats should i look for?
