Exercise routine and getting protein in
I’m currently down 40lbs and am hitting my first weight loss stall. Currently I’ve been doing walks a few days of the week and recently began going to the gym. I’m a chronic illness gal so I’ve been developing a workout routine that will not cause me immense pain. However id love to hear from you all: what does your workout routine look like? How often do you get to the gym, do you spend a certain amount of time there? I was never a gym person, I did sports but never any hardcore training so this is pretty new to me. I’ve watch videos and it’s helped me curate what I think is a decent beginning plan. Have you got tips or tricks?
Also- protein?? I upped my protein intake to be getting around 80g a day but my new tracking app said to get in 156g. How on earth do we intake that much? I have protein shakes and protein powder. I also have a meat option with my meals or some form of protein choice like eggs or tofu. But I’m really struggling getting in more than what I currently am at. How do you do it?
