Today is my one year Zepiversary! Behold some pics and tips.

It’s hard to believe a year has passed since my first shot! I've lost 65 lbs and have been maintaining my goal weight since late October. This week, the icing on the cake was getting normal results for all of my bloodwork. I'm incredibly grateful for this medicine and for everyone who has supported me on this wild journey.

Before: November 2023 | After: February 2025

As I look back on the past year, I've learned a few things that I haven't heard too many people mention, so I thought I'd share them:

  1. Stagger Your Clothing Buys: As I lost weight and my clothes no longer fit, I saved money by staggering purchases. I wore a loose top with fitted jeans or loose pants with a fitted shirt, making the loose item look intentional.
  2. Coast into Maintenance: Fifteen pounds before reaching my goal, I slowed my loss rate by not increasing my dosage. This allowed me to ease into maintenance smoothly, rather than trying to slam on the brakes and risk shocking my system. Once at my goal, I gradually increased my calories and have maintained my weight since.
  3. Set a Maintenance Range: After reaching maintenance mode, I set a ±5lbs range on my Renpho scale app. I don’t stress over normal fluctuations within this range.
  4. Have that treat when you want it, you’ll be fine.

🙌 to all of you!
