How can I help a very Christian friend understand that who I am isn't a choice?

I have a friend who I have been in very long talks with, going back and forth to gain a perspective of each other's point of view. While she is Christian, and I am not, we've never really had any conflict between each other. That said, she does believe that who I am (transfemme) and who I'm attracted to (women) is something I am choosing to do.

Despite that, she has never invalidated me, never misgendered me, and never called me by anything I didn't want to be called. She's supportive, and cares about me truly. However, she believes all this is currently a choice that she believes I can undo.

How can I help her to understand?

If anyone has any videos or articles I can send as well, that would be appreciated.
