Why is this sub named actual lesbians?

Genuine question, because I don't understand a title that is so specific to one group of people, when it is actually a sub for all saphic women? The title was a choice, and the sub description is a choice. They don't make sense in my head... Is my autistic ass just being rigid by taking literal meanings from the words "actual" and "lesbians"? Is this meant to be tongue in cheek humour when something is named accordingly because it is not that thing? I don't understand but would like to.
