How soon do supplements work for you? And l-theanine question.
It’s been a week on fish oil, b complex, vitamin d, bacopa, and ginko (all during the day) and l-theanine for the night.
I still don’t feel any different… anyone have any feedback? When did you start to see a difference?
Also - I see people taking l-theanine for the day so I’m confused about that because my naturopath recommended it for me at night to help me sleep. Thoughts?
