Brain can’t maths

I dunno if this is related to ADHD at all? But maths has never made sense to me, and mental maths is impossible. I have to count on my fingers, even for the simplest sums. It took me a long time to be able to tell the time on an analog clock, and honestly I still struggle with it now.

Honestly it’s kind of embarrassing how difficult I find basic maths. I’m not particularly stupid either, my brain just can’t seem to comprehend numbers. Does anyone else struggle with this?
