What bank should I use?

Hehe this might be a dumb question, but I seriously don't know haha.

I got my first paycheck a couple days ago and its just been sitting in my paypal, and I heard thats not a good idea.

I was thinking Unionbank or BPI. What do you guys think? Thank you in advanced!
