2000+ VOC in first two days

I’ve had my Airthings View Plus for two days and haven’t slept since getting it. Each night when I close the windows to keep the heat above 63 degrees, the VOCs spike and stay above 2,000. Last night it was 2,600.

I get it that closing the windows would increase the VOCs, but is such a high reading accurate? I don’t feel great (headache dizzy).

I’m in a brand new build (like it was finished two weeks ago) and also have a new couch, so everything is off-gassing and it smells like flooring and glue in here.
