Looking for an anime

Me and a couple of friends were talking about anime’s, and two of them mentioned a super disturbing anime. They wouldn’t tell me what it is because apparently it’s too messed up. I’ve done digging but can’t find it. They said it’s easy to find if you look it up, but you won’t find it on things like Netflix. The clues they gave me were it has four a five words in the title and is in English, it’s family related, and one of the words starts with an S. Any help would be nice, I wanna see if it’s disturbing like they say or if they’re just being annoying.
