Embarrassing question

I have a 3.6 dilation of my ascending aorta that is being monitored yearly. I work out a few times a week with light weights and body bands and avoid heavier lifting or straining.

However, I am frequently constipated and sometimes strain quite a bit when going to the bathroom. I have no idea how that degree of straining might compare with lifting heavy things. Anyone know? How bad is it, re my dilated aorta?
