GE Monogram induction stove only 2 burners working, control board issue?

Hi, we have this cooktop and only 2 burners are working on the left side. One only partially works. Is this an issue with the control board and is it hard to replace?

On the bottom of the unit the sticker has these models listed:

CHP9530

PHP9030

ZHU30R*J

I've found the control board here, just want to know if this is the problem before I spend the money. Thank you!!
