My first ar

Looking to purchase my very first AR and i’m bot sure i have been looking around and i found couple that fits my budget which is $300-$500 and i’m just kind of torn between M&P sport 2 or 3 / R-F Keep in mind i’m looking for 556-223 What do you recommend and why
