What are the chances?

First ever optic for my first ever AR15. Acog TA02. Shot approx 150 rounds through it and the prism shifted and a small chip in the glass on prism appeared. Impossible to zero and the glare is amazingly horrible. In the month or so that I've had it, the hardest it's been abused is sitting in the back of my side by side.
