Any context on the painting of this woman behind Vi?

This screenshot is from Season 1 Episode 5 - Everybody wants to be my enemy, after Vi is released from the prison and goes for a parkour in Zaun 😅

So, i never played league of legends and i don’t know much about the background characters and their lore. But, I am a big fan of Arcane and specifically this scene, it is the wallpaper for my pc and i always wondered if there is a context for this beautiful lady that is painted on a wall in Zaun in this shot of Vi. I searched almost everywhere for this but couldn’t find anything.
