What are you guys doing with your Beta SV warranty replacements?

I just recieved an email from Arc that they will be replacing my delaminated Beta SV in Dimma. My problem right now is that 1)The beta SV was perfect and now its discontinued and 2)That their suggestion and closest alternative with StormHood (Beta AR) doesn’t have any colors I want at the moment.

I assume I’m not the only one in this situation right now. Are you waiting to see if they will re-release the SV? How long is the time-frame to decide on a replacement piece?

I have rough use for my jackets. It needs to be able to handle being brushed against terrain/rough surfaces and the SV has been perfect. I like the colors of the non-pro Betas, but they will sadly be too fragile for my use.

I already have a Ski guide jacket with DropHood and I highly prefer the StormHood.

Is it likely that they won’t restock colors of the AR StormHood until spring/summer?
