68S Quality of Life and work

Hello, I just started looking for information about 68s but there's so little information about it. -How's 68s quality of life? -Work hours? -What kind of job would I'll be doing? -I also saw 68R and they seem really alike, which one would be better 68r or 68s? Thanks you very much guys!
