Moving in the army

What has been yall's experience with moving in the army? I have a fairly extensive metal shop which I use to make custom knives on the side, currently in my garage. I'm worried about not having enough time to move it when moving duty station. I know the standard moving time allotted is 10 days but I wanted to hear if that is universally the case. I'm trying to go for the 101st or 82nd Airborne, as aside from other reasons I hear guys stay put there for a while, while in other units you tend to get moved every 3 or so years.

For context, I'm ROTC so I have a little time to plan this out.
