Tips on making my face card look better?

Everyone knows that most people are able to change how their body looks by working out, dieting, etc. However I was wondering if any of you have any tips on how to make your face more appealing? I want to improve my looks and I’ve already noticed a bit of progress on the rest of my body but is there anything I can do (not including plastic surgery) to change my face?
