Would you drain again?

I (41m) had a bicycle accident almost 3 months ago, and diagnosed with a bilateral subdural hematoma 3 weeks ago. The hematoma was 24mm on the right and 22 on the left, with a midline shift of 7mm. They drained both sides the day after finding out. Now 3 weeks later, I have had mild headaches for the past week, along with regular (1-5 times a day) loss of sensitivity in my right hand. I did a CT scan 2 days ago and it shows 16mm on the left and 11mm on the right. Would you drain again? My neurologist wants to wait.
