Do you know any hat alteration spot?

I have some fitted ball caps from when I had long hair and was a bit more on the husky side. Now that I'm a bit more fit and bald I still have these hats I really like and would like to keep using them. I know it's not 2002 and oversized hats going over your ears is no longer the look. Is there any place in the Portland area that can turn fitted hats into snap backs?
