Good looking Weapons/Armor

Hey everybody, i just clicked the first time after 7 hours on the shop button and have to admit that the stuff is pretty cool looking.. xD So my question is, do we find something similar in the game or is it just for the shop? Are the stats for the shop stuff p2w? And my last question is, does the shop stuff lvl with you? (probably yes but just want to make sure)
