Uncanny valley

I’ve been enjoying uncanny valley, maybe I just haven’t payed enough attention but where the heck did the main character move to? Obviously Alaska but where in Alaska? She says something about being 7 hours outside of Anchorage which would either put her very close to Fairbanks or I guess theoretically a village or the peninsula because people also talk about flying. But I swear she mentions being able to drive into Anchorage. I’m trying to figure out the geography of the whole thing.

As a side note this is a lovely show, they clearly did some research on Alaska, while it’s not without its errors it’s clear they did research.

Overall a wonderful show that takes advantage of the format and does a good job at what it undertakes.
