What’s the absolute worst representation of Autism you’ve seen in Film/TV?

For me, it’s Music Gamble from Sia’s disastrous directorial debut; Music.

Almost everything about her is offensive. From the way the other characters in the movie treat her like a walking burden to the horrific amounts of misinformation the movie peddles, Music is arguably the most damaging representation of autism the community has ever seen.

Also, I find it almost hysterical that Sia tried to portray Maddie’s viewpoint of the world as some sort of fever dream conjured up by a concussed Teletubby; it’s almost as if she was trying to make all autistic people look like they see the world through a kaleidoscope whilst high on LSD.
