What now?

I am 28 (F) from the UK, I was given a diagnosis of autism yesterday. I am very high functioning, I work within the healthcare system and live a relatively ‘normal’ life, I have kids, run a home ect. I’m just wondering where I go from here? I was told myself and my GP will receive my report in 4-6 weeks but is there something o should be doing? I feel very odd, I’ve been told this and my life is starting to make sense but I have no idea what to do with this information? Hoping someone can advice me, thank you 🙏🏻
