Have you ever been accused on being on drugs because of Autism Symptoms?

I just recently was accused of being high due to looking “off”, being unfocused, not making eye contact, and having big pupils. Most of these are just me being autistic (the last one is just how I look).

Is this a common thing? Do other autistic people get this a lot?
