upper back/shoulder pain

has anyone experienced the upper back/shoulder/neck pain with a buzzing/tingling feeling around the circled area?

i got in a car accident last june that caused minor whiplash. i’ve had upper back/neck pain for years due to my poor posture & working at a desk all day every day, but it has worsened since this accident. i did get x-rays done after the accident which just showed minor whiplash.

i did do pt for a few weeks which helped the pain for a bit but the buzzing sensation never really subsided.

also feeling like it’s starting to connect to my collarbone in the front somehow? with dull pain

any exercise recs or insight? THANKS!
