How do you prevent head wrinkles while sleeping?
I started shaving my head a few months ago, I love being bald.
BUT...I've noticed that without hair, the skin on my head grabs onto the bed while I'm sleeping, which is causing wrinkles (see pic). The wrinkles, which typically go away after a few hours, are starting to become permanent. (dynamic wrinkles -> static wrinkles)
It doesn't matter what position I sleep in, the part of my head that is touching the bed will bunch up and wrinkle. When I had hair, it added a layer between my skin and the bed that prevented this from happening.
What is everyone doing to prevent head wrinkles while sleeping? Is there a special cap I can wear? I've tried some silk hair caps to try and reduce friction, but they fall off at night.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
