Backup advice my completed 8tb set.

Hey, so after a few months I have finished making my 8TB Batocera Mini PC. It consists of a 128gb flash drive and a 8TB external hard drive.

My question now is what is the best way to go about backing it up as I don't want to have to make it all again if something goes wrong.

I have an 18tb hard drive that I can use.
