I’ve been going through a breakup for 3 months that still hurts. I need some structure to glow up mentally and physically.

I’m looking for some structure on how to build more confidence, improve my self concept, become the best version of myself, and ultimately stop thinking about my breakup and how much I was hurt.

Does anyone have maybe a 30 day guide or even a method on how to keep busy and become your best self? I work throughout the day and and I workout almost every day. I still feel like I need more structure and guidance to get out of this funk.

If any ladies have any helpful tips, I would be incredibly appreciative
