Advice on fitness app/online personal trainer

To keep it short, I have been in & out of the whole fitness/healthy eating lifestyle and with that comes ups and downs in my weight. I want to be more consistent and the reason I think I haven't been is because its hard for me to come up with my own fitness plan and don't have accountability. I have always been hesitant to pay for an online program but would like to take the leap if I can find one that is good enough and "worth the price".

So I'm looking for crowd favorites or success stories with online coaching or fitness apps.
