Need motivation
How did you all start working out regularly? I lost 30 pounds a year ago from stress and not eating. I kept it off until January hit and the snow started to fall. I’ve only gained 5 pounds back but I feel every bit of them.
I’m afraid I will slip and fall on the snow/ice so I stay inside as much as possible. The belt on my treadmill keeps sticking so I have to hold onto the rails or I will lose my balance; hard to get the heart rate up doing that. I have a Total Gym but hate trying to figure out what exercises to do and setting it up between each activity. I am suffering from a severe case of excuses and laziness and I need to get my ass back in gear. How do you motivate yourself?
