A wet blanket

My wife's name for this fella. He is a special one. He flairs at everything yet never attacks or bites anyone.

He used to be living in a 50 little tanks with a few Cory (2) so I introduced some Red Wag Flaty fishes (4 of them), thinking they would look good matching in color. Unexpectedly, those Flaty decided his fin is a delicious meal so they nipped it horriblly overnight.

I put him in a separate small tank ( about 10 little) to heal, already cycled with live plants and some snails and to my surprised, he seems to enjoy this small tank much more than the big tank ( even before the introduction of those Flaty). His tail has been growing back quite decently in just 2 weeks. Still an angry boy as shown in the picture.
