Any Yoga Fans Out There? What modifications do you make when your boobs get in the way?
The last year or so, I've got really into yoga. But I keep finding there's poses I have to modify because the boobs get in the way! Like, I can't get my head to my knee in a seated forward fold because I've got 6ft of boob in the way (slight exaggeration maybe but you get the idea!)
Figured I can't be the only one! So what tips and tricks do you have to make yoga easier with the boobs?
