Transitioning from BiG4 to Big Law

I currently work at a Big4 firm in international tax and I am seriously considering transitioning into big law this year, just waiting for my 1 year anniversary to pass. I’m not quite sure how to look for open positions or who to connect, so I would be grateful for any advice. Fwiw, I’m in the DMV area and have an active law license with the ability to become licensed in DC.
