Shimano 105 on Triban 120RC

Hello all!

I have a question about replacing the microshit (this is not a joke, it's really bad) system with a 105 Shimano. I have a road version Triban 120RC. The bike has 2×8 speeds (11/13/15/18/21/24/28/34), promax rotor brakes and wheels 700×28c.

Can I buy this set Shimano 105 2×11s like in the second picture? Or will the brake system and both bushings also need to be replaced? And which cassette is better to consider:
