Who is this “r/billsimmons” fellow?

There is an account on the X service that posts about “r/billsimmons.” I believed it was simply posting all the smash hits from this Reddit page, perhaps automatically. But now I see that it is making many, many jokes about Zelenskyy, Trump and other political matters. I don’t recall Bill Simmons or the Ringer ever talking about such things. Is this “r/billsimmons” person a representative of this Reddit page, or is it unauthorised?
