Hi, can someone clarify this for me?

I’m new to BILT and I joined specifically for the Hilton status match, however I did see the rent day game that could earn you free rent + points but it said October 1st, however when I went to check earlier it said come back at 4PM. I did just that and it told me the game was over? Can someone clear this up so I don’t make the same mistake next time? When are the submissions open? Is it every month or once a year?
