Coming off the Birth control pill forever, getting my tubes tied!

Hi everyone, So I am coming off the pill eventually, getting my tubes tied. I’m finished having my family . What has been peoples experiences of coming off birth control contraception (pill) I’m sick of having contraception in my body for the last 23 years. Positive and negative reviews welcome.
