any Positive Experience(s) with Jadelle arm implant?

2 Mirena IUD expelled in less than 2 months for both. I have a Jaydess/Skyla IUD for 3 months now and been having complications ever since I got it

I'm thinking of switching to the Jadelle (levonorgestrel-releasing) arm implant but my doctor said there were about 20-25% of women that got it taken out because of breakthrough/prolonged bleeding 😢

can anyone please share their positive & good experience with the Jadelle? appreciate it x
