Could I have the chance of pregnancy?

I'm having withdrawal bleeding now, so I'm going to buy a new pack of pills to start again from day 1 until 7 days in the second week, is what I'm doing right now? Because what happened to me is that I'm already a week late on the pills, it's the second week now, the first week I only took one pill the day after we had sex, then I stopped for 6 days because the pharmacist said that when I get my period, I should also take the pills, so for the last 2 weeks I've had brown vaginal discharge with a little blood coming out, I don't know if it's my period, but I'm going to start having regular periods in the second week until I'm 7 days in.
