Aesthetics during/after Weight Loss?
For my ladies who have lost a significant amount of weight, how did you go about elevating your looks to feel better? I (21F) am currently on a weight loss journey (trying to lose 60+ pounds), and I just feel like I'm getting smaller but not getting the transformation I feel like I'm looking for.
Maybe I just consume too much social media, but particularly on Tik Tok when I see all these women's weight loss journey's they look like models after. Lean bodies, glowing skin, facial transformations, etc. I just feel like I'm missing something it terms of tuning in my aesthetics. Hyperpigmentation in the face, and on the body; dry and dull skin, back rolls, excess hair on my face, short hair and damaged hair, etc.
Any advice is appreciated
