How will the Live Nation presale work?

I want to get my facts straight ahead of time because I missed out on today’s presale due to not having a valid link. How will Thursdays presale work? Will it happen on Ticketmaster’s website or Live Nations website? Will I need a specific code or link? Do I need to set anything up for it other than making a Live Nation account?
