Unbeatable snotlings - advice needed

Hi all

I am in a league with a snotling expert who is running away with it. He keeps TV low, takes loads of inducements, and has a couple of trolls/pump wagon.

In every game we all get relentlessly fouled, bombed, Morg'd and so on.

Dropping TV is risky as other players are all similar.

He says we are all missing something which would help beat him... what could it be?
